Role Purpose: The Fanatics Creative team is currently looking for a highly skilled and imaginative Generative AI Designer to join our versatile design team. As a Generative AI Designer, you will be instrumental in leveraging the capabilities of artificial intelligence to elevate our design process and produce captivating visuals, characters, stories, and videos. In this role, you will be pivotal in pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation. At Fanatics, we take pride in our forward-thinking approach and dedication to utilising cutting-edge technology to deliver outstanding experiences to our customers.
Responsibilities:•Utilise a variety of tools including Midjourney (or equivalent AI  Tools) Photoshop, Illustrator, and other industry-standard design software to create finished images that captivate and engage our audience.•Combine traditional design techniques with generative AI approaches to produce visually stunning and innovative imagery and video.•Incorporate CGI (Computer-Generated Imagery) and more traditional design skills to enhance the depth and realism of visual elements in our projects.•Collaborate closely with the content and design teams to ensure that the final images meet project requirements and align with our brand aesthetic.•Push the limits with the latest trends and techniques in AI to continuously elevate the quality of our creative with both static images and video generation. 
Knowledge & Experience•Degree in Graphic Design/illustration, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field•A passion for pushing the boundaries of creativity and leveraging technology to create impactful visual experiences.•Excellent prompting skills, with the ability to tailor for different stories and brand experiences.•Proven experience working with generative AI techniques and tools.•Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent tools. Cinema4D or Adobe Aftereffects a bonus.•Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.•Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
