Senior Security Data Analyst

As the Senior Security Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in analysing, simplifying, and enhancing our security practices, ensuring meticulous process efficacy. About the team
The Security Team is the focal point for all security activities across Swiss Re, covering cybersecurity engineering and operations, governance, risk, and compliance. We define and advance the company's security strategy. As a part of the Security Team, the Access Compliance unit is responsible for providing expert access management services, setting up access management processes per compliance requirements, and efficiently controlling access life cycle processes for all Swiss Re users. We're looking for an experienced and driven professional who'll help us to improve our processes and services via diligent analysis and ensure our security agenda is properly followed.
Your role and responsibilities
• Self-Audit Expertise: Lead our self-audit activities, applying your expertise to perform various tests that analyse Identity & Access Management processes.
• Compliance Process Evaluation: Ensure our compliance processes are consistent with IT General Controls (ITGCs) and relevant standards and understand their linkage to business processes
• Data Quality and Process Testing: Inspect data integrity and test specific processes against requirements for reliability, availability, and performance
• Access and Identity Management: Oversee user access and system identities with comprehensive reviews, maintaining strict security measures
• Stakeholder Coordination: Lead coordination requests and resolve issues, and facilitate seamless communication across teams
• Culture and Learning: Foster a culture of learning and development while encouraging collaborative teamwork within the organisation
Your qualifications

• Essential skills:
o Solid foundation in IT, with a particular emphasis on IT General Controls (ITGCs)
o Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and practical knowledge of SQL, with examples such as data manipulation and analysis functions
o Experience in data gathering and analysis, employing analytical and problem-solving skills to creatively address technical challenges
o Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
o A self-driven attitude, capable of working independently and taking initiative
• Desirable skills:
o Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI or Power Platforms/Automate
o Basic programming experience
o Knowledge of ITIL principles

The minimum gross monthly base salary for this role is 3,100 EUR full-time. Our final offer to you will be set up fairly, considering the skills and experience that you bring to the Swiss Re Group. You can look forward to extra rewards and benefits.
