We are looking for senior consultant to strengthen our delivery capabilities in the Cloud Success Service (CSS) Premium Hub (previously known as CoE); a delivery unit for Customers with premium Customer Engagements such as SAP MaxAttention™, SAP Active Attention™ or SAP Values Assurance™. Our team's focus is the field of Analytics & Data Management, where we deal with products such as the SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4), SAP Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC) along with native HANA SQL-based Data Warehousing. Furthermore, we deal with products, tools and technologies for Data Processing and Data Management based on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and other Intelligent Technologies to ensure Data Quality and Governance alongside of moving, processing and storing data on SAP and none SAP Infrastructure and Solutions.

Our senior consultants and architects help some of the largest SAP customers in their individual digital transformation. As such, we help to define their individual Analytics & Data Strategy, support and safeguard the implementation of SAP software in the field of Analytics & Data and ensure that projects will successfully go live and operate on SAP best practice no matter if deployed on premise, public-cloud or hybrid.
 

What you'll do

Within the CSS Premium Hub (CoE) for Data Warehousing & Data Management you will work on topics as:

• Holistic support for SAP implementation, digital transformation and cloud transition projects with a focus on Analytics & Data Management
• Creation of business process design, architecture, scalability, security, and operations concepts for SAP solutions in Analytics & Data Management
• Knowledge transfer as part of trainings and project support for customers and partners
• Analyzing critical customer situations including performance, scalability, custom-code and implementation design within service delivery or Mission Critical Support Tasks in Mission Control Center or BackOffice
• OnCall Duties and Weekend Support for Upgrade and GoLive Support activities.

 
 
What you bring

• A university degree in natural, economic or engineering sciences, e.g. computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, mathematics, physics
• Strong Customer orientation with a strong focus on quality and several years of experience in analytics- and data management – data warehousing consulting, development, product support or product management with focus on SAP products such as SAP Data Warehouse (BW/4), SAP Data Warehouse Cloud (DWC), SAP HANA Platform and DB incl. SDI & SDA, SAP Data Intelligence and ETL & Data Quality Tools such as SAP LT Server, SAP Data Services, SAP Information Steward  
• Very good analytical and logical skills for solving complex problems; a structured, reliable, and independent way of working, especially in fast-changing IT landscapes and innovative technologies at our customers.
• Programming skills and practical experience in at least one programming language, preferable ABAP.
• Very good English language skills, both spoken and written, for communication in constructive and open style within team and customer-facing environments. Any other European language is welcome (as our delivery region is over all countries in Europe) but not essential as our language in common and delivery language towards customers is English.  
• Openness for travel and customer facing work and being onsite with customers within projects across Europe but on demand also worldwide.
• Theoretical and practical experience with SAP applications in the field of Analytics & Data and track record in classroom trainings and SAP certifications in the field of Analytics & Data Management e.g. Records of achievement from Open SAP Classes, SAP University Classroom Trainings but also proven work experience within SAP departments such as consulting, development, product support or product management

With our Service Portfolio, we support customers in e.g. sizing, performance and scalability of critical processes, as well as safeguarding their partner lead implementations by delivery of assessments for implementations, upgrade & migrations projects. Our Safeguarding and monitoring during planning, through the implementation and testing until go live ensures that customers will achieve their plans and go live in time and budget. 
Furthermore, we provide enablement services as well as hands on project support and provide best practices for End to End Hybrid Operations.
