About You:

• Number crunching to derive critical trends driving business value
• Strong communication skills including both verbal and non-verbal skills
• Working under pressure, delivering a sense of urgency Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leading a team of Data Analysts to generate training/testing datasets for annotations, aimed toward increasing the AI model accuracy
• Performing analysis and measuring the existing accuracy of AI models as well as providing inputs to the Data Science team

Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders and functional teams, fulfilling their data needs and helping them to leverage analytics to improve their domains act faster, and make better decisions
• Contribute to the enhancement of data-driven culture within Data Operations teams by extending data marts, adopting data quality standards, and developing actionable dashboards and ad-hoc research projects
• Proactively come up with initiatives on projects enhancing top-notch data analytics or improving business performance
• Support management reporting, by providing  with the best user experience and ready to consume dashboards
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and data requirements with functional and operations teams and become a part of initiatives driving global impact
