Tasks

• Dive deep into our client's talent databases to extract valuable insights and trends.
• Utilize your expertise in Tableau to craft visually stunning and informative dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Identify key metrics and KPIs to track talent performance and engagement.
• Develop predictive models to anticipate future talent needs and challenges.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years experience with Tableau (mandatory).
• Proven track record of interpreting complex datasets and translating them into actionable insights.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of Recruitment metrics (nice to have).
