Finance Data Analyst Manager - Job based in Luxembourg

We are seeking an experienced Finance Data Analyst Manager with a focus on Client and Industry Analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of financial data, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making processes.

This role requires a blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on analytical skills to drive insights that contribute to informed decision-making and overall business growth.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and implementation of a new financial reporting solution and support new reporting services.
• Develop and implement new data analyses and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities in the industry.
• Work closely with the controlling team and the local management to prioritize business and information needs.
• Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and visual presentations to summarize key findings, market insights, and client performance metrics to the executive team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective strategies and improve overall operations and business outcomes.

Your Skills

• Master’s degree from University or Business School in Business, Economics or Finance related fields
• Having between 5 and 8 years of experience in a finance department
• Excellent communication, presentation and adaptation skills in interacting with people at different levels
• Excellent organization and analytical skills combined with methods and analytical approach
• Great team player with positive attitude in a challenging environment
• Fluent level in French and English (both oral and written)
• Computer literacy (PowerPoint / Excel)
