AI Solutions BU located in Boston, MA is driving the productization of innovative and groundbreaking AI technologies for Analog Devices. The Applied ML team in AI Solutions is seeking motivated machine learning algorithm interns to explore exciting algorithmic research and implementations.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating novel algorithms specialized for applications relevant to Analog Devices.
  • Developing software simulations and analyzing performance of algorithms.
  • Analyzing performance of hardware systems.
  • Collaborating with other scientists and engineers to implement the algorithms on a suitable platform.
  • Documenting and presenting research activities.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or a related field is normally required. Candidates should be working towards a Ph.D. degree in one of these fields and must be graduating within the next two years. Candidates should have a strong background in one or more of the following areas: machine learning, signal processing, computer vision, algorithm development, or software development.

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export  licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.  As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
