Procurement Data Management Specialist

Primary purpose of roles:

Manage SAP-SRM environment and provide support to the Sourcing teams in the areas of:

• creation and maintenance of catalogs and contracts for indirectly purchases for coded and uncoded items
• creation and maintenance of CPU catalogs and raw materials vendors
• global support for blocked requisitions
• SAP SIM vendors creation
• SOX Control ownership for EMEA region. Maintain the approval flows in SRP/SRM after validation in SAM system
• enablement and assignment of roles for system users
• maintaining and updating the global organizational structure & global approval flows
• technical support of system users (both internal and external)
• sanity checks and testing
• Securimate support for Vendor checkback for Antibribery Due diligence
• ServiceNow tickets assigned to PDM Inbox to be resolved.
• Identifies CI & RPA projects/opportunities and lead implementation with supervision
• Could conduct trainings in PDM Procurement process

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively support and proactively guide global sourcing teams in creating and maintaining catalogs/contracts for indirect purchases (Goodyear or supplier owned):
• set-up, maintain and update catalogs using the established process
• perform testing of technical release changes as required for releases, regression testing or as needed
• publish relevant reports & analysis to guide Sourcing teams to optimize catalog/contract content                                                                                                           
• Actively support and proactively guide global sourcing teams in creating and maintaining catalogs/contracts for direct (raw materials) purchases via the established CPU (Central Price Update) process
• publish relevant reports & analysis to guide Sourcing teams to optimize catalog/contract content
• create request to modify/create new raw material vendors
• create RAW material mini-imports and RAW material vendor update/extensions
• Globally enable and assign roles for users in SAP-SRM environment.
• Maintain and update the global organizational structure & global approval flows in SAP-SRM environment                                                                                                            
• Performs and owns the SOX Control for EMEA PP43.
• maintains in SRP/SRM the approval flows for all cost center approvers validated in SAM
• performers quarterly follow-up with each identified cost center owner in the region in order to align on changes/new cost center owners
• issue regular report at each quarter end with reconciliation of SAM validations and SPM implementation
• Resolve Tickets raised by internal users in relation to issues with the SAP-SRM environment as per the agreed process (First Line of escalation); Escalate to 2nd line of support where necessary
• Perform transaction monitoring & troubleshooting of faulty internal purchasing requests and/or purchase orders for the global organization                                       
• Assure vendor creation for SAP SIM Antibribery Due Diligence Policy
• Assures compliance and adherence to ABDD policy
• Support in evaluating risk of vendors through Antibribery Due Diligence process
• Exposure to sensible information from vendors and Legal in regard to vendors checkback ABDD risk assessment

• Ensure monthly closing of purchase requests older than 14/24 months, in line with the existing Purchasing Policy. Act as point of contact to close Pos at the buyers request that are not older than 14 months/24 months CAPEX..                      
• Identifies CI & RPA projects/opportunities and lead implementation with supervision
• Expertise in processes that he/she performs and is able to identify ideas for RPA and CI projects
• Leads projects identified to implementation with supervision"                                    
• Could conduct trainings in Transactional Procurement process
• Initiate’s effort to develop, update, and review documentations and standard operating procedures of own process.
• Deliver briefs, updates and reports as and when required for his/her activity        

Experience & skills:

• Bachelor University graduates (any university, accepted any year study level)
• Experience in a similar Procurement function of minimum 1 year-1,5 years.
• Desired:
• Previous experience in a similar role with proven track record in Procurement and CI initiatives.
• Experience in multinational working environment desired

Knowledge:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and second language depending on cluster
•  Ability to follow procedures and sequential processes.
•  Critical thinking skills to analyze/ review orders and drive process efficiencies
•  Team player and strong interpersonal skills
•  Proven ability to work on own initiative
