Senior Data Analyst - Data & Insights

As part of this platform, we are providing comprehensive data integration solutions, near real time dashboards and analytics, and machine learning algorithms to identify patterns, trends, and predictive indicators of students' success or at-risk behavior for schools and institutions. We are seeking a talented and experienced Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a passion for working with data, and experience in YAML and SQL. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify data needs.
• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Monitor data quality and integrity, and implement solutions to address issues as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and data management.

Here is what you will need to know/have - the more is better:

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in YAML (preferred) or JSON and SQL is required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working with large datasets and relational databases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards addressing challenges.
