HRF | Data Analyst/Dashboard Developer

eJam is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst/Dashboard Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data and presenting insights through visually appealing and interactive dashboards.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, correlations, and business insights.
• Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Create and maintain data models and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Develop and automate reports and data visualizations to provide ongoing analysis and monitoring.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis and visualization tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or related role.
• Proficient in SQL for data extraction, manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics.
• Must be willing to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST).
