TeamITG is looking for a Digital Insight Analyst to join our team. This new role is an exciting new opportunity to join a world class team, helping shape the look, feel, functionality and tools of the website(s) of one of the most iconic automotive brands globally. You will be responsible for testing, learning and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of existing and new digital assets with the primary goal of increasing conversion rates. You will work closely with Business Analysts to align on what hypothesis to test, briefing the UX/UI teams to support the hypothesis, helping to brief the dev teams, interpretation of insights and making data-driven recommendations.

Your role is twofold. You will be part of an amazing Data, Research and Strategy team, reporting into the Analytics & Data Science Manager. Helping to shape our products, services and expertise for Clients and ITG. And you will be embedded into our global automotive Client’ team, working in partnership with their team of Business Analysts, Developers, UX/UI team every day.

Responsibilities:

Data Analysis

  • Analyse current web performance, journeys and content to set benchmarks for what success looks like. Aim: sense check current optimisation and testing plan, adapt if needed
  • Use insights to develop a set of CRO testing and measurement principles.
  • Use insights to develop a testing and optimisation strategy with the team – what to test, how, what to measure, KPIs etc
  • Use web and web optimisation tools like Adobe Target, decibel or similar.

A/B Testing

  • Set up the measurement of A/B and multivariate tests to assess the effectiveness of different versions of web pages, emails, or other digital content.
  • Measure and analyse test results.
  • Develop conclusions from the results to take into roll out and/or further testing. What do the results mean, what conclusions and hypotheses can we draw etc
  • Apply statistical significance tests to results.

Conversion Rate Optimisation

  • Use analytics and user feedback to improve the user experience.
  • Create and maintain reports to track the success of optimisations.

Collaboration with Business Analyst

  • Work closely with Business Analysts to align on KPIs, data collection, and interpretation.
  • Briefing the tagging required for the test to the GTM team to ensure the test can be accurately tracked and measured.
  • Monitor and Feedback results to decide which design should be stopped or implemented.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through visualisations and other effective means.
  • Support decision on roll-out to market in conjunction with stakeholders

Requirements

About You:

  • Degree in Marketing, Data Science or other related field.

Essential:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital analysis specifically website analysis using Adobe and Google, CRO analysis and insights, broader marketing analysis, or similar role.
  • High proficiency in analytics tools like Google Optimize, Adobe Target or similar.
  • Knowledge and interest in digital, web and broader marketing principles.
  • Strong statistical background / understanding of significance testing.
  • Experience in SQL and/or Python is a plus.
  • Experience of digital transformation projects.
