What You'll Be Doing:

  • Company-wide Data Analytics Platform Ownership & Architecture:
    • Support the company-wide data analytics platform, to come up with solutions that can help boost company-wide data-driven growth.
    • Responsible to collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business data requirements and design scalable data solutions.
    • Good impact and visibility will be achieved when delivering good data solutions.
  • Data Optimization and Governance:
    • Implement and maintain best practices for data storage, retrieval, and processing to optimize data platform performance. Including but not limited to: monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary improvements.
    • Implement proven strategies on monitoring company-wide data consumption usage and cost & budget for data analytics usage
    • Establish and enforce data governance policies to ensure data quality and accuracy.
    • Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data within the data analytics platform.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
    • Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide scalable solutions.
    • Communicate platform updates, changes, and improvements to relevant stakeholders.
What We Look For In You:
  • Bachelor's degree in data related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in data platform management, including design, implementation, and optimization.
  • In-depth knowledge of data architecture, ETL processes, and data integration.
  • Familiarity with data security, governance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Nice To Have:
  • Experience in Crypto/Web3 as a user/builder
  • Ability to converse in Chinese to liaise with the non-english speaking engineers
