Role

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join the team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in developing an AI bot designed to automate repetitive tasks, address client queries, and enhance our affiliate program. You will play a crucial role in shaping the AI direction of the company.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain AI bots capable of handling multiple tasks including opening and responding to emails, and automating repetitive company processes.
- Innovate and improve the affiliate program through the integration of AI technologies.
- Provide AI-focused guidance and strategic direction to the company, particularly in process automation.
- Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, applying this knowledge to operations.
- Collaborate with various teams to integrate AI solutions within our existing PHP applications.
- Develop chatbots using AI SaaS products, tailored to support multi-language capabilities.

Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in AI and machine learning, particularly in developing AI bots and chatbots by using SAAS products.
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to AI development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in process automation. - Proactivity and ability to act alone / give directions. - Ability to challenge ideas.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with Google Workspace, NGINX, Cassandra, PHP, and server management.

- Prior experience in Rasa framework

- Prior experience as an AI adviser or consultant.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Minimum 4 years experience in a similar capacity.

- Degree or MSc in Data Engineering/DS/Machine Learning/AI or any similar qualifications.
