Product Data Analyst (m/f)

Would you like to lead the growth of our games using petabytes of data? Great, because we are looking for someone to join us as our first Product Data Analyst!

You would be one of the first members of our newly formed Product team, so you would have the chance to write history! 💪🏼

HOW WILL YOU SPEND YOUR DAY? 

• conducting quantitative analysis to identify key trends and areas for future investment
• defining and analysing metrics that inform the success of products and allow us to monitor the health of product adoption in the markets we serve
• identifying the opportunities most important for growth by proposing improvements for our games based on the conducted analyses
• researching our competitors and the latest market trends
• communicating findings through concise data visualisations and reports
• leading the ideation and execution of product changes that drive growth, partnering with data analysts, growth marketing specialists and producers

YOU ARE A GREAT CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU: 

• have at least 1 year of experience as a product data analyst or in a related field
• have a background in computing, mathematics, statistics or other technical fields
• have good knowledge of Python and SQL
• have experience working collaboratively with product team members (i.e., product management, engineering, data science and analytics)
• have experience with product optimisation work (i.e., funnel and conversation optimisation)
• are skilled in statistics (i.e., product experimentation, regression, experimentation biases) 
• are good at making analytical, data-driven decisions and communicating the results to stakeholder
• have great organisational skills and the clock never works against you
• can think strategically, structurally solve product problems, and drive execution
• have strong interpersonal communication and persuasion skills
• are proficient in English
