Job DescriptionAs the leader of the analytics at Klick Health, the Head of Data, Analytics and Insights is responsible for defining, evolving, implementing and overseeing analytics strategy and services to the full range of Klick clients. This is a leadership role that provides a tremendous opportunity to work with some of the brightest minds in the industry.  We are looking for a leader with a successful track record in innovation, service delivery excellence and the ability to foster high-performing teams. Responsibilities:

• Champions the vision and drives the growth of data and analytics capabilities and services for healthcare
• Drives innovation of analytics and data solutions and services Oversees the delivery and quality of services across all clients
• Provides thought leadership across the organization and for clients
• Fosters and models a diverse and inclusive work environment across teams
• Delivers actionable insights from a variety of complex data sources and analysis techniques
• Evolves analytics, data operations and technology for scale and agility
• Creates a center of gravity for attracting and retaining top tier talent, with high performing skills

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study
• 15+ years of leadership experience consulting with clients
• Proven ability to lead, grow and evolve teams
• Expertise in analytics, data strategy, data architecture, and data science especially in the areas of marketing, media and commercial analytics
• Strong understanding of market and customer analysis, segmentation and targeting marketing/media mix modeling and omni-channel analysis and insights generation
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams
