YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

 

• Be responsible for establishing connections between various entities. This entails not only fostering a sense of confidence in the system on the part of the user but also ensuring that they get something from the interaction.
• Engage with large corporate businesses to get an understanding of their business applications, consumer profiles, and AI solution intentions.
• Conduct research and analysis on consumer intentions and the customer journeys linked with them.
• Develop customer-facing prototypes (mock-ups), schematic designs, and frameworks that effectively communicate the design to development teams and individual customers.
• Utilizing user-centric design techniques, create interactive experiences that are not just effective and inventive but also pleasant.
• Additionally, it demands foresight about technical advancements that may be translated into cutting-edge software applications that enable organizations to maintain their position in the market. .
• Follow-up on process issues for different roles in the VDS operation.
• Communicate effectively to stakeholders and management on process concerns (e.g. KPI, process issues and improvements).
• Establish and maintain a relationship with the Global Team to partner closely on new initiatives and align with CR specifications. Oversee training of new VDS team members to ensure consistency.
•  Must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced work environment.
• Prepare, conduct, and supervise internal trainings (process and tools related) in form of 1:1 work shadowing or group trainings.
• Organize and participate in problem solving groups.
• Ensure 100% compliance to policy of the team.
• Ensure regular collaboration and alignment with all the other VDS team members.
• Monitor and define priorities for daily tasks within the team. Perform activity reviews.
• Support TL and the team in operational topics, provide ad-hoc analysis and root cause for issues.
• Participate in expert network and coordinate/lead process initiatives.
• Active participation in VDS projects.
• Drive innovation.
• Record, verify and execute requests with a highlevel of complexity according to process documentation, if situation in operations demands it.

 

 

WHO YOU ARE

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Desgin or related fields.
•  4-5 years of experience in usage and analysis of AI tools to create graphics design or video production, like those can quickly generate images using client’s key phrases, slogans, ideas, etc. in order to be extremely useful in speeding up the brainstorming and ideation phases of the work.
• English at least B2; fluent in written and oral.
• Prociency in Artificial Intelligence Design tools for example: Midjourney, Runway or others.
• Be a Problem Solver: be flexible and think out of the box to solve certain difficulties. For presentations, walkthroughs, and, if necessary, supporting client conversations, you must be able to successfully convey those ideas to colleagues and customers.
• Team Player: be able to form solid collaborations with the Design product manager and Visual designers’ team, as well as know how to control creative differences across teams and stakeholders in order to maintain brand consistency.
• User-Driven : be able to advocate for users and provide them with the greatest possible experience that is based on design
