YOUR MISSION
Applied research and algorithms design (80% - 100%)
- Conduct literatures surveys, prof of concepts and full product-oriented algorithms research
- Asses high level concepts/algorithms to fit & perform on resource limited HW platforms
- Work closely with data team for data collection, data handling and define labelling policies
- Develop machine vision/machine learning/Deep learning perception algorithms
- Implement/optimize/tune Python reference code
- Plan and design test metrics and evaluation methods to the algorithms
- Deliver algorithms for SW team, support Bit Accurate activities and deliver evaluation reference code to App team
Group level responsibilities (0 - 20%):
- Perform design reviews and knowledge sharing
- Participate in team, company, and customer meetings
- Algo system integration
- System level design
- Support project documentation
The ideal candidate for this job will have
- PhD or Msc in Electrical Engineers / Computer Science / Physics from top tier universities
- Relevant field of research
- Computer vision and machine learning algorithm development
- Ability to take ownership and stand-alone R&D of specific research fields
- DNN training experience
- Python coding, OpenCV, NumPy, PyTorch
- Knowledge of C++
- GIT, Dockers, BitBucket, JIRA
- Proven experience in algorithm development and innovations in the fields of CV and ML
- Proven algorithms ownership and end-to-end R&D research cycle
- Highly motivated
- Quick learner
- Team player
- Abilities to cooperate with other groups and customers
