Responsibilities• Design and develop analysis platform, AI products, and data systems for service(Data lake, warehouse, and data pipeline etc)• Design data format and set data standards for implementation through collaboration with product teams 

Qualifications • At least 2 years of experience of data engineering• Proficiency in using Python or Scala• Experience in using one of the followings: Batch Processing and Stream Processing 

Tools We Use • Multi Cloud(AWS, GCP, Azure) to create infrastructure• Code management of infrastructure for a stable implementation and release• Terraform, Kubernetes• A wide spectrum of open sources (Airflow, Kafka, Elasticsearch) and cloud services(Kinesis, Aurora, S3, Athena)  

Nice-to-haves • Experience in implementing and releasing services through Infrastructure as a Service (AWS, Azure, GCP)• Proficiency in using Infrastructure as Code (Kubernetes, Terraform, etc)• Experience in establishing logging infrastructure• Experience in designing one’s own ETLA sound understanding of Hadoop Ecosystem such as  Spark and MapReduce• Experience in data quality management

Development: How do we make it? • We develop global content services and AI services to maximize AIEd technology.Moreover, we aim to use the know-how and insights gained during this process to develop a standardized technology that is used in the development of educational platforms.• Riiid will break out of the traditional mindset and framework and create a type of AI-based learning platform that has never been made before. This requires a new way of thinking. With a broad perspective, all engineers at Riiid think, challenge, and fail as they develop new products. Through that process, Riiid will create products that will grow exponentially.• In addition, we have to distribute our products far and wide in order to help more learners in the global market. We cannot do this alone. That is why the engineers at Riiid will be building an eco-system of AI education platforms through which they can create products in partnership with the engineers from many other companies.

Growth: How do we grow exponentially? • Engineers will naturally experience deep immersion in the process of developing a new learning platform that breaks out of the traditional framework.
