About the team:

We’re looking for a data specialist to support our Recruiting Reporting team with the delivery of world-class metrics and reports to our recruiting and hiring teams. In this role, you will drive the creation of both standardized and ad hoc reporting and analytics to help extract recruiting insights. The ideal candidate is passionate about driving action and insights from data, enjoys creating impactful data visualizations and presentations, and is very detail-oriented.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

• Building low-to-moderate complexity reports and data visualizations to support tier 1 ad-hoc reporting requests
• Developing end-user and internal documentation to support understanding of existing metrics
• Support recruiting operations partners to gather and analyze data to review with business partners
• Assist with reporting intake process, requirement scoping, and backlog
• Focus on storytelling with data, indexing on sharing insights vs raw data

About you:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with Tableau, OneModel, and/or Looker
• Working knowledge of Google Suite with strong expertise with Google Slides
• Experience with validating and auditing data and reports from multiple systems to ensure continuity of messaging
• Flexibility to handle various tasks concurrently in an organized manner, while maintaining a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and follow through
• Ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills

Bonus points:

• Project management experience
• People/Recruiting data experience
• Experience with SQL/Presto
• Familiarity with Greenhouse and Workday
• Familiarity with Amazon Redshift or other relational database management system applications
