We are looking for: Sales Operations Data Analyst

Location: Remote position based in Canada.

What you will do:

  • Be the prime contact for the Domo platform for the sales organization and collaborate with IT to ensure Domo is operating effectively
  • Assist with maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, contacts, leads, opportunities, dashboards and reports, and ensuring data integrity throughout and Domo
  • Administering, managing, and reporting on pipeline forecasting and analysis
  • Analyze data and provide important visualization and dashboards that clearly communicates complex data in a simple form
  • Maintaining existing sales reports and designs new reports as needed
  • Responsible for completing weekly, monthly and quarterly due diligence reports
  • Performing ad hoc analysis for senior management to provide data support for business decisions
  • Manage processes and suggest areas of process improvement opportunities (i.e. general health of the sales process to ensure the sales organization run effectively and efficiently)
  • List and data management
  • Source new contacts using D&B, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn to build and refresh contact database
  • Data research, data monitoring and maintenance for Kinaxis target accounts
  • Support Sales AEs and Renewal Managers when required with updating data and log all activities completed in Salesforce including managing data in CPQ for opportunities
  • Support Sales Operations team with day-to-day ad hoc requests
  • Performs other duties and analysis as assigned by management

What we are looking for:

  • One to two years of experience in Sales/Marketing Operations within a SaaS company selling to Enterprises
  • Experience with CRM ( and knowledge of best practices, along with proficiency in reporting, dashboards, creating / managing records in CRM
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Domo is a plus
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative and program-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Graphic design skills considered an asset
  • Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proven track record of working effectively with other teams to deliver on company goals.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced and high growth stage environment preferred.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Confident decision-maker with ability to make quick decisions under pressure
  • High level of comfort with database mining and manipulation
  • Desire to be an integral part of a driven and highly motivated team
