The role
Equal parts hands on with data and engaging with stakeholders, this analyst role offers the chance to work in a team driving operational excellence through data. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation whilst remembering the human side of every customer interaction. Reporting directly to our Operational Intelligence Lead, you’ll help drive efficiency, action and leading customer service though robust measurement, actionable KPIs, reporting, & analytics. Beyond understanding our unique business you’ll help us get to know our teams and customer interactions better. Working with operational teams and customer product teams you'll model data from business systems to be insight and operations ready.
The role includes:
- Be accountable for servicing information to our operations managers - Engage with product & technology leads in measuring effectiveness of new tools & processes Feedback gaps in data capture or data quality issues- Build and manage in Data Studio a portfolio of reports, dashboards and KPIs to ensure business alignment and active adoption- Get hands on with data in SQL, LookML & Google sheets- Curate trusted data models to enable self service analytics- Manage the access and distribution of reports- Adopt best practice data management techniques to prevent reporting silos and duplication of data.
Who we’re looking for
The successful candidate will be a data enthusiast, with an inquisitive attitude. Technically, you'll need to be comfortable with data manipulation, processing and modelling.

Required experience
- Solid experience in SQL - Worked with data supporting a Contact Centre operational environment
Advantageous Experience - Google Data Studio - Knowledge of relational and non-relational data sources- Familiarity with fundamental statistical concepts- Basic data visualisation and storytelling skills- Knowledge of Looker
