Senior Data Analyst - Business Intelligence

By magical solutions we mean: turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions, while also helping to develop dashboards, and engage in both project management, and requirement gathering.   If you are great at creating accurate and insightful business profiles, using internal and external data and providing insights and actionable recommendations during presentations and business reviews... this job is for you!   Our Senior Data Analyst are exceptional at:

• Leading and managing small to medium sized Data analyst - Business intelligence team to deliver project
• Effectively manage and coach others, collaborating with internal and external parties
• Gathering information from clients and mapping business requirements to technical requirements
• Data collection, transformation and aggregation from external and internal sources
• Guide team member to developing dashboards and analytic reports to solve business problems  and recommendations based on relevant data to clients
• Combining data analytics and data visualization techniques to support the team developing analysis report
• Organizing and presenting data in a clear, concise manner

What you will need:

• At least 3-5 year of experience as a Business Intelligence and/or Data Warehouse design
• Strong technical experience and background in database projects 
• Previous experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik sense
• Previous experience in data governance will be an advantage
• Have experience in ETL development with enterprise tools and Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management
• Previous experiences with analytics languages such as R & Python will be an advantage
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), including the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to take a leadership role 
• Ability to present to an executive at a business level
• Critical thinking, with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
