The Challenge

Take-Two Interactive is seeking an experienced Data Analyst to play a key role in supporting Take-Two Operations & Finance groups in the mapping and configuration of game items within our internal systems for business analytics.  The mapping and process ensures transactions of games sold by T2’s partners such as Microsoft, Sony, Steam, and others flow through T2’s financial and reporting systems for analysis. 

 

The analyst will be exposed to technology for general ledger (Oracle JDE), Business Intelligence reporting, (Oracle BI, Tableau), Master Data Management systems (Informatica MDM), Snowflake (Cloud data warehouse), MSSQL (SQL), and Data Lineage/Catalog (Collibra).

 

To be successful, the analyst will team with the operations group, analyze complex data sets, identify opportunities for improvement, work with both the MDM data warehouse development teams to develop and implement changes, track progress and report to both IT and Operations leadership.

 

What You’ll Take On

  • Process and support game item mappings and configurations.
  • Provide book close support to finance, operations, and label business teams
  • Engage with the operations group and business teams to achieve data needs
  • Develop documentation for new development and update existing documentation for changes
  • Participate in administrative activities for MDM Hub
  • Ability to work multiple projects concurrently as well as in a team environment
  • Experience of 3 to 5 years master data solutioning required

 

What You Bring

  • Proficiency Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Proven Track Record to work and interact in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with requirement to multi-task.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving experience working in sales operations, business analyst role, process improvement, and/or program/project management, preferably at a high-tech or software company.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills and flexibility with a wide variety of constantly changing tasks.
  • Detail-oriented with practical follow up and follow through skills.
  • Has a strategic approach to attain and exceed results and desired goals.
  • Strong collaboration, listening, written and verbal communications skills to effectively communicate with both business and technical IT teams are a must for this position
