As part of our continued expansion, we’re looking for a Financial Data Analyst within the Financial Planning & Operations team. In this role you’ll be providing analysis with actionable insights, structuring our financial data, as well as creating automation solutions. If you enjoy working with financial analysis, data management, and being close to the business matters at the same time - this position could be the right fit for you.

In this position, you’ll:

  • Help build and maintain detailed and dynamic financial reports for internal and  management reporting
  • Develop various metrics and analysis to support stakeholders in decision making and business performance tracking
  • Analyze budgets versus actual costs variances to maintain control of expenditures
  • Translate the outputs of your financial analysis into impactful insights and recommendations
  • Help implement financial planning and reporting automation solutions and tools
  • Crystalize key cost drivers and interdependencies and create return on investment frameworks to ensure we’re allocating costs effectively
  • Support on ad-hoc financial and strategic projects and business cases

About you:

  • Have at least 2 years of experience in data analysis
  • Attention to detail and excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Have good time management skills with the ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environment as well as multiple deliverables
  • Good at turning financial data into key messages to cross-functional teams, including those who are not quantitative or technical
  • Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English
  • Curious, proactive in your approach to learning and execution
  • Experience with Looker or any other visualization tool is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets, with a deep understanding of formula efficiency, pivot tables, macros; SQL understanding is a plus

We want people to work from where they’re most comfortable, which is why we’re using a hybrid workplace model at Vinted for the foreseeable future.
Hybrid means that we encourage working from the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and the remainder of your time from either home or the office, but it’s not required. You’re welcome to work from either location all or some of the time, depending on what you think is best and safest for you, and how the Covid-19 situation is developing where you are.
The salary range for this position is from 2,700 € (gross) per month.
