Job Description:

  • Analyse and interpret data sets to deliver useful and actionable people analytics insights
  • Design, develop and implement HR reports, dashboards and projects to enable more data-driven decision making
  • Partner closely with HR stakeholders to understand business challenges and develop appropriate analytics solutions to address them
  • Enhance data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for developing data warehouse and analytics solution
  • Process, cleanse and verify the integrity of data used for analysis
  • Project manage the roll-out and adoption of initiatives, including coordinating, testing, reporting, and tracking of impact

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Psychology)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or an Analytics Consultant (in any discipline)
  • Prior experience in HR / People Analytics roles will be an advantage
  • Confident with using SQL and Python for day-to-day data preparation and report generation
  • Ability to story-tell and to create high impact and compelling data visualisation for HR stakeholders (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio)
  • Able to independently lead and drive projects, including managing stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt in an agile environment, with experience in solving problems using data to deliver actionable business insights
  • Experience in consulting / change management is preferred
