Lead Data Analyst Product

You will be part of the Product Analytics team. The team aims at helping Product Managers in building a successful product. In 2022, the goal is to be closer to Product Managers to offer them a service of the highest quality. 
As a Lead Product Data Analyst, you will lead a team of 2 talented product data analysts that you will grow in expertise to align with the growing Aircall’s product maturity. You will be responsible for building, sharing and embodying the Product Analytics vision within both the Product and the data community.

Your mission @Aircall:

• Lead, manage and develop a growing team of 2 data analysts
• Structure the team processes, leverage self-service analytics and a community of data champions to empower a data-driven culture within Product teams
• Impact product roadmap with your insights
• Propose and implement valuable projects (customer segmentation, AB testing...)
• Ensure your team is able to deliver at the maximum of its value: identify pain points, propose and implement solutions
• Bring your expertise to optimize our data stack and engineering practices

A little more about you:

• 4+ years of experience in an analytical position (Consultant, Analyst…), and ideally 1+ year of experience as a manager
• Data-driven, proactive and creative approach to problem solving
• Great interpersonal skills, enjoy working as a team-player and learning from others
• Being comfortable with Python, SQL and Looker (or any visualisation tool)
• Fluent in English, French is a plus
