WellSky is seeking a full-time, Data Analyst (Operations Analyst) to join our Implementation and Customer Success team. This critical role engages with Integration, Solutions, and Engineering teams to ensure that our Implementation and Customer Success teams can operate efficiently. This energetic and motivated individual – with a passion for solving complex problems in the healthcare industry – will work to ensure data quality is maintained across multiple integrations given rapidly changing codebases and processes.

Day in the Life!

  • Act as internal project manager for integrations between CarePort and providers across the country
  • Ensure the configuration of CarePort solutions for our post-acute providers are completed as designed for optimum utilization and benefit
  • Ensure data quality is maintained by monitoring product functionality tied to engineering releases
  • Collaborate with integrations and product teams to set priorities and then research, test and validate new integrations
  • Drive continuous improvement in product feature delivery and implementation methodologies
  • Collaborate with other CarePort teams to maintain key documentation efforts like Salesforce
  • Audit elements of the CarePort databases to ensure reliable reporting from various systems
  • Report on progress and current state of projects on a regular basis

Do you have what it takes?

  • Direct experience in data analysis in excel
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Salesforce, and healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Strong initiative to understand data elements and how they may interact in the product
  • Self-starter and organizer with high energy and drive to meet the needs of a demanding start-up landscape
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship building skills
  • Ability to network and collaborate across multiple teams with flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results; team player
  • “People Person” – enjoys interacting and connecting with people; derives satisfaction from helping others, is creative, energetic, individual with a positive, “can-do” attitude
