Gravity Sketch
Gravity Sketch is an intuitive 3D design platform for cross-disciplinary teams to create, collaborate, and review in an entirely new way.About Gravity Sketch
Gravity Sketch is the first digital design platform focused on teams that design and bring 3D products to market. The future of 3D design and collaboration is being transformed through our use of cutting edge technologies, like VR. We’re a category leader in our space (check out a quick video of the product in workflow here), and the product is changing the way companies like Ford and Adidas carry out their day to day design work, accelerating their creativity and the product’s time to market. We’re starting to see that being highly skilled in Gravity Sketch is important for new hires in industry leaders such as adidas/Yeezy, sitting alongside tools like Adobe’s Photoshop. We take a B2C approach to B2B, nurturing a community of over 750,000 design & engineering professionals using the product to redefine their 3D design workflow.
Our Team & Culture
We’re a lean but ambitious team of 42 spread across the globe (UK, Europe & US). We may be geographically spread out, but we’re tied by our mission to radically change how teams communicate ideas spatially and expressively from anywhere.
We’re output focused, with a flexible approach to working patterns and locations.
Innovation, collaboration and creativity are at the heart of our culture. We encourage everyone to experiment, bring new ideas to the table, and challenge one another in order to arrive at the best solutions for our users. Trust is another fundamental, which is echoed through autonomy and ownership of our work. We rely on each other to be resourceful, make decisions quickly, give honest feedback, ask for help, or do whatever needs to be done in order to make a positive impact on the team, users, or business.
There's a real opportunity to grow with us on our journey. We foster growth mindsets, curiosity to learn, and eagerness to take initiative, which all contribute to our development as a team. Innovation day takes place every month, creating space to focus on an innovative passion project (something that would be cool for GS users). We work hard, but also know how to have fun too, with company trips, socials, sports, gaming sessions and more. We’re always open to trying new things if you want to share your hobby with the team!
The Role
We embody the fast paced, critical thinking and proactive attitude that’s now synonymous with startup culture – and of course embrace and encourage a data driven approach at Gravity Sketch. With our ambitious growth plans, we want to further enable our teams with great, accessible data insights whilst also improving our own data infrastructure. - You’ll get a lot of exposure to multiple teams in the company for a wide range of analytics related tasks, this includes working with our commercial team and inputting on our go to market strategy.
- You’ll support in shaping scalable practices within the data and business intelligence function with the wider team.
