Senior NLP Researcher - Voice AI - ISRAEL

Now building a brand new Voice AI Team, located in Israel, to deliver cutting edge technology at scale - using the latest tech stack, and building solutions from scratch, that touches millions of interactions every day. 
We are looking for an engaged and passionate Senior NLP Researcher to join our growing Engineering Team in Tel Aviv.

Your mission @ Aircall

• Work on integrating NLP techniques to be integrated with our in-house speech recognition solution.
• Develop techniques for Speech Analytics on large amounts of transcribed speech data from customers: entity recognition, topic and trend detection, etc.
• Work together with the Speech Recognition researchers on tasks like sentiment analysis.
• Help designing NLP processing pipelines.
• Interact with the Head of Research and with other team members to provide interfaces to the developed algorithms.
• Interact with other teams (back-end and front-end) to integrate the NLP algorithms into the product.

A little about you:

• MSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or Applied Mathematics; PhD is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in an NLP research team.
• Good understanding in classical methods of language processing (e.g., statistical language model, parsing trees).
• Deep knowledge and understanding of modern NLP techniques (mainly word embedding, sentence embedding, RNN language models).
• Good knowledge of deep learning infrastructures (PyTorch or TensorFlow); knowledge of other Python NLP packages is an advantage.  
• Knowledge of C, C++ or Java is an advantage.
• You like sharing your ideas and you're open-minded.
• Able to communicate fluently in English; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
