Business Intelligence - Data Analyst

The Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. As a Data Analyst, your scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also to proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. Our end-to-end data solution reduces the gap between the business teams and technical teams and achieves real ‘intelligence’ in the iteration cycle.

Responsibilities

• Work with BU managers to support him/her in the decision making process
• Have a deep understanding of the numbers of given department (Business Development, Marketing, Operations) and provide Business Owners with in depth explanation of the changes
• Prepare ad hoc analysis for a given business department incl. business recommendations
• Prepare business cases / calculations for key initiatives
• Prepare and maintain regular reporting

Requirements

• Graduate of BS/BA Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, and other related courses 
• At least 2 years of experience in data analytics using Excel and SQL 
• Experience in Python will be an advantage
• Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• High analytical ability - critical and logical thinking and optimization
• Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities
• Able to work independently or cross functionally
