In this  role, reporting to the Head of Workplace Transformation, you will be responsible for leading with data to understand  and optimize complex processes and serve our user’s needs. Strong analysts are critical to our mission of creating the policies, spaces, and programs to enable Stripes to do their best work. The role is highly collaborative and will be fast-paced and dynamic - if you enjoy creating impact and driving change, this role is for you. You will work across People, Workplace, Finance and Business cross functional teams to deliver next gen data driven solutions and space strategies for Stripes to thrive. 

You will:

  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to identify important questions around how to define key metrics
  • Conduct analyses and opportunity sizing to define addressable markets and operational opportunities for improvement
  • Develop compelling dashboards and automated reporting related to key performance metrics
  • Communicate results and influence key decision makers, including engineering, and business leaders

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated professional experience in reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and data visualization preferably in real estate, workplace services and/or product analytics
  • Extensive experience and passion for metrics and dashboards visualizations 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Highly skilled at writing SQL to query relational databases; knowledge of R or Python is a plus 
  • Experience building data visualizations for non-technical audiences (using Tableau, Looker, Excel etc…)
  • BA/BS or equivalent work experience with a degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Math, Sciences, Engineering) preferred
