If you are excited about building a new offering in a start-up mode, developing and scaling data and advanced analytics solutions as well as working with a diverse group of expert colleagues, then joining our Commercial Analytics team is the right step for you.
Being part of an incubating venture will mean that we will face opportunities and challenges that today are unknown. As such you will not have all the required knowledge today but are curious and willing to learn and grow as a professional that is open to taking on new opportunities for advancement.

In addition, closely work with the wider data science and analytics consulting services team to explain and synthesize insights and actionable recommendations for our customers. As part of the early data science team, you will develop unique expertise and which you will leverage to contribute to defining the product roadmap. Furthermore, to build and grow our analytics community you will help define the priorities for extracurricular activities such as research efforts, conference participation, or support social impact initiatives.
The Data Scientist will closely work with our Head of Data Science, the wider analytics team as well as with customers. You will have a good understanding of the business problem and overall solution, allowing you to shape the data science solution components and ensuring close alignment with other workstreams to achieve customer success. You are entrepreneurial, meaning that you take action fast and bring up new ideas if you see opportunities to improve what we do. As we grow you will help to recruit new colleagues and build our data science community. We expect strong performers to take on increasing responsibilities as they learn and grow.
