This position will report to the Director, Onboarding and be a part of the professional services division.  The Data Analyst will work with the CentralReach onboarding, customer success and customer themselves to develop custom reports and dashboards using our integrated business intelligence tools.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop dashboards and reports on a project basis for customers who purchase our business intelligence tools.
  • Work with the internal teams (Onboarding, Customer Success and Product) along with customers to scope and develop dashboards and reports.
  • Help in the management of the projects related timelines, cost, etc.
  • Work with the CentralReach product team to consult on common themes being discussed with customers to enhance our standard offering of reporting.
  • Assist with other professional services projects as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred; concentration in Business, Analysts, Accounting or Finance preferred
  • 1 - 3+ years of experience in Data Analyst roles
  • Experience working with BI tools to access different data sources such as ERP, enterprise data warehouses, data visualization systems (Tableau, Domo, PowerBi, Sisense, etc)
  • Previous experience using SQL, My SQL, MongoDB Javascript, C#, Python, PHP or similar preferred
  • Experience in Healthcare Software a plus
  • High attention to detail with excellent analytic and research skills
  • Strong finance acumen and financial analysis skills – including being detail oriented and proficient in building and using complicated data sources
  • Proven ability to work with large amount of data from different sources, and provide meaningful insights
  • A highly motivated, proactive and collaborative work ethic, with the ability to independently move projects forward
  • Positive and upbeat personality to work in a dynamic environment with all levels of management and functions and to proactively anticipate and resolve potential issues
  • Multitasking skills, act with sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
