About the Role
As a Data Analyst in the Global Talent Acquisition team you will be responsible for Identifying, gathering, and analysing complex, multi-dimensional datasets utilizing a variety of tools (i.e., Excel, PowerBI, Tableau , etc). Using industry technologies, tools and data mining frameworks for data analytics including data visualization for analysing and drawing conclusions.

What You Will Do

  • Work collaboratively with the Global Talent Acquisition team and apply insights to make complex and strategic decisions
  • Providing Lever/ Workday reporting support.
  • Perform data analysis with a maniacal focus on generating actionable insights
  • Sourcing and formatting of TA/HR data from various databases using the Cognos and Analytical tool/s
  • Preparation and presentation of regular and ad-hoc workforce reports incorporating key metrics such as headcount, hiring, attrition plus focus areas such as diversity, Referrals, etc. to support strategic initiatives of the global team using Excel and PowerPoint
  • Create forecast models such as hiring outlook for future etc.

What You Will Need

  • Atleast 1 year of related experience working in/supporting a system via configuration, integrations, (i.e. Lever, Workday) 
  • Strong knowledge of data, reporting platforms and HR business process
  • Familiar with Lever /Workday reporting
  • Proficiency with reporting and visualization platforms (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau etc..)
  • Ability to use SQL or other querying languages to extract, transform and load data
  • Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases
  • Stays current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed education
  • Strong domain specific knowledge in Human Resources/Talent Acquisition  data and processes

Our Talent Acquisition team is a big family of around 30 members stationed in Indonesia, India and Singapore. The gist of our role is to be a strategic recruiting partner in acquiring exceptional talent to further scale GTF. We source and hire world-class technical minds who will build the business by solving everyday problems with technology.
