Senior/Staff Machine Learning Engineer

We’re revolutionizing tech hiring by giving companies a skills-based hiring platform that allows them to effectively assess technical skills. This position is Full-Time and Remote within the United States.

You are excited to make an impact and enjoy leveraging candidate interview data to build ML models that will enable building a world-class skills-based hiring platform.

You will be working on:

• Building Machine Learning models to predict candidate proficiency 
• Work with the extended development team and cross-functional teams

We are looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in machine learning and  data mining 
• Proven experience both using and creating data analysis tools
• Experience with Hadoop/Spark,  MapReduce/Bigtable
• Python

Nice to have:

• Ruby/Ruby on Rails
