About Team


This role rests within the Revenue & Growth Management team of Myntra. The Revenue & Growth team is responsible for overall Demand Estimation and Generation to enable delivery of Myntra’s sales and margin targets. The various sub-teams within the Revenue & Growth Team work on problems in the space of Storefront Management, Customer Relationship Management, Driving Customer Acquisition & Retention, Revenue Planning & Management and Pricing Optimization among other priorities


The team depends heavily on data for driving various initiatives (examples include measuring impact from A/B testing, forecasting sales and traffic for upcoming months and sale events, predicting churn, performing deep-dives on critical problem areas etc.) and hence requires a good mix of analytical storytellers and planners to be part of the team.


Roles & Responsibilities



The recruit will be part of one of the sub-teams of the revenue team and solve analytical problems to drive the key success metrics of the team.



Broad responsibilities will include:

  • Using data to drive analytical projects across all complexity levels and to generate key business insights & recommendations to enable decision making
  • Draft daily Revenue, Traffic & other input metric plan/forecast for different customer cohorts for BAU and event days. Monitoring these metrics & deep-dive analyses for problem-solving sessions will also be a key part of the role
  • Being the “data backbone” of the various campaigns run by the team – this will involve designing the experiments, creating the A/B bases and finally measuring the impact. The recruit will need to liaison with other cross-functional teams (design & creative, marketing etc.) to provide entire feedback loop during the execution of these campaigns
  • Data visualization for easy consumption of insights for senior and middle management
  • Evangelizing and operationalizing the analytical solutions for usage across the organization

Qualifications & Experience


  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with appreciation for Math and Business and ability to get their hands dirty as required. 2-3 years of experience as Data/Business Analyst would be preferred
  • Highly proficient in use of Excel, SQL, R/Python. Knowledge of BI tools like Tableau and Power BI is an added advantage
  • Efficient project and stakeholder management skills. Should have demonstrated the ability to work independently in a highly demanding environment with strict deadlines
  • An open mind and pleasing personality with ability to make sense of ambiguity
  • Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling multiple projects
  • Good communication and presentation skills both written and verbal
