We are looking for a Product Data Analyst to join our fast-growing Product team, to make better decisions and shape the direction of our product. The Product Data Analyst collaborates with Product Management, UX, and Engineering teams to develop data-driven insights and to elevate data culture.

In this role, you'll help the team:

  • Define, lead, maintain and document the tracking plan of our product. You'll be the expert on the data collection side.
  • Work with product managers and UX designers on the discovery of problems and needs of our users.
  • Provide actionable in-depth analyses and KPIs leading to new features development, improvements of existing ones, or new strategic decisions.
  • Oversee the measure of success of product experiments: designing AB test protocols, analysing their impact with KPIs, and communicating their results
  • Infuse a data-informed and self-service analytics mindset in Product and R&D teams by coaching and supporting them.
  • Ownership of Product Analytics Operations (product analytics stack, project management, …)

You might be a good fit if you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis
  • Master’s degree or equivalent: engineering school, business school, etc…
  • Experience using statistical methods to answer product usage questions
  • Experience working with a product analytics solution (such as Mixpanel, Heap, Amplitude)
  • Good knowledge of SQL to manipulate and analyze relational databases
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
  • Drive to learn, get things done, and succeed as a team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Nice to have: basic knowledge of Python
