About the Role:
We are looking for a  Senior Marketing Data Analyst who is highly collaborative, analytical, and is able to develop and implement creative solutions to enable the sales and marketing organizations. Interested candidates should have a strong SaaS background and a passion for measuring and optimizing customer experiences based on return on investment. 

What you will do:

  • Develop marketing and sales conversion and attribution models 
  • Partner with the Finance Data lead and Data Science team to interpret models and deliver recommendations
  • Be the go-to expert on channel performance and help determine where Matterport should invest resources 
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance and communicate recommendations to the broader organization
  • Perform analytical deep-dives to analyze problems and opportunities, identify the hypothesis then  design and execute experiments
  • Design and create daily, weekly, monthly, yearly funnel dashboards to help monitor performance for all key indicators
  • Use various analytics tools to track, report, and analyze website performance, customer trends, and visitor behavior
  • Be the go-to person for big challenging, strategic questions. Develop insightful analyses that guide decision making for your business partners
  • Perform deep analysis to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns against every stage of the marketing funnel

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, or Business Administration preferred
  • 7+ years related work experience – working for an agency or marketing department with a strong understanding of marketing strategy and analytics
  • Developed and implemented a B2B Marketing/Sales funnel
  • Advanced SQL and fluency working with large data sets and data warehousing
  • Creating Salesforce reports and dashboards via Looker 
  • Excel at data modeling and analysis
  • Experience in financial modeling and ROI analysis
  • Experience creating and implementing lead scoring models
  • Experience with ABM data methodologies
  • Ability to leverage data and tools to automate workflows and reporting
  • Comfortable working in a high growth, constantly changing environment
  • Ability to collaborate, communicate and influence at all levels of the organization from SDRs to executives. Strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced highly demanding environment
  • Experience in evaluating marketing campaign effectiveness and performance analytics
  • Experience working with marketing measurement tools, including multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, incrementally testing, matched market testing, and A/B testing
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and optimization platforms
