The ADAS team is currently seeking a Field Operations and Data Engineer. This position requires an experienced professional with a background in automotive sensor and ADAS data logging. Experience with scheduling, maintaining fleet of vehicles. Enabling the success of cross function teams by setup, configuration, run tests, calibration, improvement.

Your role:
Your role:
- Be responsible for scheduling and maintaining fleet of vehicles for ADAS data collection
- Ensure that the vehicles are ready hardware wise and work with technicians to make them ready
- Lead and formulate automated test strategy to test the vehicles before releasing them to the field
- Work with vendors to procure and expedite parts and software needed for vehicle and data logging
- Manage time across various vehicles to optimize their usage to achieve maximum throughput from these vehicles
- Work with engineering team to enhance and debug critical issues with logger
- Be cognizant of various regions around the globe for legal requirements to gather data for ADAS (e.g., GDPR in EU)
Qualifications:
- Having hands on experience with vehicles and data loggers
- Experience debugging vehicle connectivity issues
- Experience managing fleet of vehicles across geographical regions
- Experience working with legal team to get all the required documentation and paperwork ready to make the vehicle drive and data gathering ready in all the regions around world
Advantageous:
- Python Programming
- Bash Scripting
- Canoe/Vector Tool operation
- Linux Basic Networking
Education:
- BS minimum in the areas of Computer Science/Engineering
- Ideally 3+ years of work experience or a Ph.D. in a related field
- Advanced degrees preferred
