Lead Data Analyst

• Work with the business and product team to answer tactical questions, often via our experiments platform, that will affect the development of product features.
• Designing and developing key metrics, reports, and dashboards not just for monitoring, but to produce actionable insights that decision makers can use to steer the business.
• Collaborate with product team to deliver flawless features which include complete data tracking and monitoring dashboard.
• Enable our key stakeholders to improve their understanding and analytical power.
• Collaborate with data warehouse / data engineers to design schema, perform data validation/quality assurance, and supporting data management practice.
• Evaluate operations for inefficiencies and identify areas where you can create, automate, and develop tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistic, Engineering, Physics or related degree.
• Min 4-5 years of analytics experience (data gathering, data analysis, data visualization) in a tech company, preferably a startup.
• Have minimum 1-2 years experience in similar role is preferable.
• Experience with large and sometimes messy data.
• Strong in SQL, and programming language (Python or R) experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with open-ended questions and potentially ambiguous problem statements.
• Experience in collaborating with people outside your domain to deliver impact.
