The CCB Data Use and Access Team is an integral part of the larger CCB Data Management and Governance organization within Data and Analytics, responsible for managing data access protocols across our Data and Analytics Platforms.  We also ensure Legal and Contractual restrictions and/or Consumer Data Use Council approvals are controlled for CCB Data, in adherence with Firmwide and Regulatory requirements and standards.  Individuals joining roles in this group will be part of the team supporting both the tactical solutions to maintaining access controls, as well as contributing to the build and implementation of our strategic initiatives to better manage our access in a consistent, holistic fashion.  

 

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage Access Business Rules and Recertifications, which include the following:
    • Professional communications with internal business and tech partners
    • Diligent record keeping of responses, due dates and next steps
    • Attention to detail
    • Timely communication of results and escalations where needed
  • Managing metrics and various management reports in a timely and accurate fashion 
  • Partner with members of the larger Data Management organization and technology in performing ongoing monitoring programs to ensure compliance with Firmwide Data Governance and Data Security policies
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to follow procedural steps to :
    • Identify groups of users for communications and/or access changes
    • Communicate with users in a professional manner in both written and oral communications
    • Track program responses, questions, and next steps
    • Update materials with a high degree of accuracy
    • Recommend and implement program control and efficiency improvements
  • Participate in the updates of user documentation and tracking documentation

Additional Responsibilities include:

  • Publish management reporting on access control programs, recertification efforts and metrics
  • Assist in the review of access materials and supporting documentation related to access reviews, recertifications and monitoring programs
  • Navigate the organization and work collaboratively with team members, business and tech partners to organize meetings, collect materials, and track results
  • Manage issues and outstanding items to timely resolution
  • Communicates effectively with various levels of management in both oral and written form
  • Manage large volumes of data with attention to detail, professionalism, accuracy and consistency 

 

 

Qualifications

  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office:  Outlook, Excel, Word 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with a professional presence 
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to multi-task and deliver to a tight deadline
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with people at all levels across all functions
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative and matrixed environment 
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships, desire to learn quickly, work well independent, meet or exceed deadlines
