The role:

Joining as a Data Analyst, you will report directly to the Analytics Manager and work across both internal and external projects.

  • Develop your Data & Analytics skills in a fast-paced environment that fosters development and high standards.
  • Own client performance metrics by designing and building reports, defining KPIs, guiding targets and evaluating experiments.
  • Derive valuable insights from large amounts of complex data, communicate these effectively to inform, influence and support our Paid Search strategy for clients. 
  • Foster great relationships with stakeholders from across the company and our clients - including by participating in calls, replying messages and by taking part in presentations and pitches.

Requirements

  • Have a minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in an Analytics or Data Science role, ideally with a focus on Performance Marketing.
  • Excellent attention to detail and value high standards.
  • Proven working knowledge in data visualisation tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker) and working with spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Proficiency in SQL is essential, experience with dbt or Python is a plus.
  • Enjoying work across a varied range of both in-house and client-focussed projects.
  • Ambitious self-starter with a drive to learn and progress your career.
