Salary Range:  $105,267.00 (Min.) - $139,478.00 (Mid.) - $156,000.00 (Max.)

Job Summary


The Lead Business Intelligence Developer is responsible for the technical implementation of current and future data warehouse, business intelligence Solutions and data migration strategies, and OBIEE. Responsible for the daily workflow and leading the work of assigned staff.  This position will mentor, coach, act as a resource and provide feedback on performance of assigned staff.

Duties


Liaison between Information Technology (I.T.) Business Intelligence developmental team and business clients and defining solutions.

Leading the design of database architectures, data warehouses and data migrations.

Leading the effort for business intelligence packages, and implementing user reporting solutions based upon business requirement and content knowledge.

Create or modify project artifacts.

Perform project management activities to drive projects to completion on schedule with junior team members and mid-Level business professionals. 

Lead junior and mid-level business professionals in the areas of database methodology, data analysis, advanced Structured Query Language (SQL) queries, Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) and business intelligence applications.

Manages complex projects, engaging and updating key stakeholders, developing timelines, leads others to complete deliverables on time and ensures implementation upon approval.

Leads the work of assigned staff; regularly assigns and checks the work of others, providing guidance, training and feedback on performance to department management.  Oversees the daily office workflow, develops and recommends enhancements to process and procedures.

Bachelor's DegreeIn lieu of degree, equivalent education and/or experience may be considered.

Experience


Required: 
At least 5-7 years of experience as Technical Lead in healthcare industries, or analytical or technological industries.

 

At least 3 years of lead experience.

 

 

Skills


Required:
Demonstrated success executing I.T. strategies to meet and exceed strategic business objectives.

 

Experienced in managing and growing large projects with a strong history of the integration of services to meet business goals.  

 

Demonstrated success in selling I.T. ideas and solutions to business.  

 

Demonstrated effectiveness in developing successful business relationships with I.T. internal and business personnel.

 

Ability to engage key decision makers when it is required.  

 

Ability to articulate and sell complex solutions to I.T. and Business leaders.  

 

Proven consultative and strategic skills. 

 

Outstanding inter personal and presentation skills.

 

Excellent written and verbal/telephonic communication skills.
