Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the position of Product Data Analyst. In this role, the person will be responsible for managing the Muuto Cross-reference, which comprises all Muuto-related orderable SKU’s, their descriptions, and corresponding Muuto product numbers and their maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date cross-reference database containing all Muuto-related orderable SKU’s, descriptions, Muuto item numbers, and variants.
• Regularly update the cross-reference by adding new SKU’s and related data as new Muuto products or attributes are introduced into the inventory.
• Verify the accuracy of SKU descriptions, Muuto item numbers, and variants to minimize errors in cross-referencing.
• Conduct frequent updates to the cross-reference to reflect changes in Muuto item numbers, variants, or descriptions, as these may occur frequently.
• Collaborate with the Muuto product management team, database teams and stakeholders to understand product vocabulary changes in advance. Proactively prepare an action plan to accommodate these changes in respective tools/systems.

Skills & Requirements

• Any bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3+ years overall experience in product data management activities doing data analysis, creation, maintenance and governance of data.
• Strong understanding of Excel and how to perform VLOOKUP’s to merge data from multiple sources.
• The aspirant will have to demonstrate very good interpersonal and relationship management skills having worked in a team environment.
• Experience working with Product owners, Product Data Managers to clarify requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems.
• Should be detail oriented and possess analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Highly self-motivated and organized to achieve target release dates.
• Good communication skills verbal and written (English).
• Highly self-motivated and organized to achieve the expected release cycles and targets.
• Should be willing to be flexible in terms of working shifts (00pm to 9.00pm).
