We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to support our diverse and dynamic team. In this role, you will have a range of responsibilities and be part of a dedicated and collaborative Hub HR team.

Your Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a range of HR projects impacting Hub business.

• Drive workforce planning tool and processes, contribute to workforce planning tool development. Coach HRBPs and managers on the tool usage and ensuring data quality.

• Maintain Hitachi Global Grading consistency and accuracy across the Hub. Own book of jobs, recommend Hitachi Global Grading job mapping.

• Drive Hub people analytics: design and deliver qualitative and on time Hub dashboards, educate HRBPs and managers by designing toolkit and delivering training. Define and run audits to ensure HR data accuracy in Hub. Run analytics on training completion.

• Support all key HR process (annual salary review, annual incentive plan, talent review process, global performance management, talent pool nominations and management, engagement survey) by defining and implementing data management requirements, data management process and relevant reporting.

• Support across the Hub the usage and education on HR tools in collaboration with HRBPs. Facilitate issue resolution when occurring.

• Run audits on HR data quality on workday tool.

• Contribute to Hitachi Energy HR transformation stabilization projects related to data management, digitalization, and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a similar role and managing projects.

• In-depth knowledge of workday tool

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

• Flexibility, a focus on results and the ability to work in a team complete the profile.
