Minimum qualifications:

• PhD degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• Experience with Machine Learning models working with data, quality metrics, quality iterations.
  
• One or more scientific publication submission(s) for conferences, journals, or public repositories.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Candidates will typically have 1 year of experience owning and initiating research agendas.
  
• Coding experience in Python, JavaScript, R, Java, or C++.

• Apply state-of-the-art techniques in Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF) and investigate the next generation of model improvements targeting short and mid-term time-horizons.
