As a member of our AI team, you'll engage with state-of-the-art technologies, analyze extensive datasets, collaborate on the future AI advancements at Lely, and transform data into actionable insights that fuel innovation.

The role

• Utilizing your expertise in statistical analysis and programming languages such as Python, you will identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data. Your role will also involve creating visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a vital role in designing experiments, testing hypotheses, to enhance our products and services.
• We look for a hands-on Data analyst that enjoys quick experimentation and creating prototypes to validate ideas.
• You will work mainly on data exploration, descriptive analytics, and creating POC models.
• Your focus will be on understanding historical data trends, patterns, providing actionable insights and develop experiments based on that.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop solutions and fulfill business needs.
• Comfortable using storytelling to convey data insights.

Qualifications

• Your responsibilities include data cleaning, exploratory data analysis (EDA), visualization, and creating dashboards/reports.
• Proficiency in data manipulation tools (SQL, databricks) and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of statistics and research methods is important.
• Experienced with Azure cloud is a plus.
• Knowledge of ML / modelling / LLM would be an asset.
• Acquainted with Agile framework.
• You bring an entrepreneurial attitude complemented by a proactive mindset. You see challenges as opportunities, always focused on achieving results.
• You have great communication skills
