As a Sr. Associate – Developer with 5+ years of experience, you are responsible for

• All aspects of the software development lifecycle, including coding, integration testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Work collaboratively within an agile project team
• Follow best practices and coding standards
• Ability to drive change through collaboration, influence and demonstration of POCs.
• Develop custom configurable frameworks/libraries

Core/Must have skills

Strong knowledge on programming languages like Python, R and complex SQL and hands on development experience

Experience working on Spark, Airflow and Data engineering pipelines

Experience working on Unix OS, shell scripting, and working in a multi-developer environment, using version control (i.e. Git)

Good to have skills

Good understanding on Public cloud, preferably AWS

Good understanding on Databricks platform

Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to delivery and co-ordinate with team members in a matrix organization

Communicate effectively in a professional manner both written and orally
