A day in the life of...

The Dashboarding Factory Manager is responsible for managing the Dashboarding Factory and their daily activities needed for the analysis, development, testing and implementation of Analytics, Dashboarding and/or PowerBI Reports. Being a Dashboarding Factory Manager supports all development projects with scheduling, planning and resource allocation. Conducts feedback processes, including peer reviews and portfolio reviews. Fosters a performance culture using individual and team coaching and mentoring to achieve excellence. May supervise vendors or offshore resources. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for the team and has some authority for personnel actions.

What will make you successful

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of data analysis principles and techniques.
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing reporting, analytics, and/or business intelligence tools, utilizing Agile methodologies.
• Strong experience of development life cycle methodologies including paper-based design, agile software development, rapid prototyping, lean start-up, KANBAN, and DevOps
• Proven track record of successfully defining Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and delivering them rapidly, achieving high consumer adoption rates.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with IS/IT consumers, understanding requirements and identifying opportunities, translating them into innovative solutions, and conducting taste-testing of minimum viable products through methods like A/B testing.
• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with stakeholders at different levels of the organization. Fluency in English is essential.
• Previous experience working in a global environment, collaborating with virtual teams, and navigating dynamics associated with diverse geographical locations.
