Manager- FM - Data Analytics

As the Data Analytics- Manager you will be responsible for leading the Data analytics efforts, discovering, insights and identifying opportunities through the use of data visualization and statistical techniques. You will own the overall design/development/accuracy of data and metrics shared with various stakeholders. This role will involve heavy data analysis to ensure effectiveness.

• Must have good expertise in Alteryx – Creating complex workflows, data preparation, data blending and modelling.
• Must have expertise in creating and publishing PowerBI dashboard, well versed in DAX and M-Query, sourcing from various data sources and building data model.
• Should have good knowledge of SQL and SQL database.
• Should have excellent data sense, conceptual and logical abilities.
• Experience and exposure on Data Warehousing and Data Modelling.
• Good to have experience in Predictive Modelling – Forecasting, Regression, Classification
• Good to have coding experience in any language
• Prioritizing problem statements on the bases of reach, impact, and time to deliver the solutions, keeping all the relevant stakeholders aligned during the decision-making

• Understand underlying business requirements, formulate, design and execute analytical solutions to support the same.
• Communicate complex analytical approaches and solutions across various teams.
• Analyse large amounts of data and build solutions based on insights captured from data.
• Align closely with the client’s business teams to deliver on the business goals through strong analytics driven strategies
• Access and extract data from a variety of sources of all sizes (including client marketing databases) via SAS Access, SQL, etc.
• Manipulate raw data into analysis-ready datasets using SAS/SQL
• Work on Python/R
• Connect to various data sources, extract data and transform data for reports development. Create visualization using Power BI, Alteryx and derive insightful analysis.
• Analytical modelling experience through SAS/Python
• Proficiently apply and interpret various analytic techniques
• Provide proficient problem solving and data analysis, derived from modeling and statistical experience.
• Document and articulate steps taken in an analysis to project managers.
• Answer questions about data sets and analyses
• Take a proactive, independent role in analysis design, project planning and execution
• C data and results produced by data analyst, statistician, other project team members
• Present statistical results to both technical and non-technical audience in a clear manner
• Master all the group’s policies and procedures for programming, project documentation, and system management
• Lead multiple high impact projects simultaneously, plan and prioritize tasks, guide and delegate tasks amongst junior team members and assimilate results to build holistic analytical solutions for the business teams.

• Education:  BE/BTECH, MBA from reputed institute
• Work Experience: 10 years.
• Statistical modelling (Logistic / Linear regression, GLM modelling, Time-series forecasting, Scorecard development etc.)
• Hands-on experience in one or more Statistics tool - SAS, Python & R
• Prior experience in SQL language
• Experience in Tableau, QlikView, Power BI would be plus.
• Data mining experience - Clustering, Segmentation
• Machine learning experience would be a plus.
